1/4 Cup Cornstarch
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2/3 to 3/4 Cup Cold Water
2 Tbsp. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk until smooth. Dip Fish in batter and fry until lightly brown. This batter is also great for chicken and onion rings.
