2 Cups Buttermilk (If you don't have buttermilk, add 2 Tbsp. vinegar to regular milk) 6 oz. Sprite or 7-up Flour (seasoned with salt and pepper) fish fillets
Mix buttermilk, and Sprite together. Dip fish in mixture and roll in flour. When placed in hot oil fish should sizzle vigorously. It should brown on one side for not much more than a couple of minutes; flip and brown on other side.
