2 Cups Water
2 Cups Raisins
1 Cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Eggs
5 small pkgs. artificial sweetener
3/4 Cup oil
1 1/2 Tsp. soda
2 Cups flour
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins in water until water is evaporated. Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and cooking oil. Mix well. Blend in flour, spices and soda mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Put in 8x8 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until it tests done.
