2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar

1 box (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 9-inch pie shell, baked and cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, water and sugar. Cook until clear and thick. Add strawberry gelatin. Cool. Add sliced strawberries. Put in baked pie shell and refrigerate until set.


Mom was given this recipe when she made a home visit to a student one summer. It's my favorite way to eat strawberries.
