2 Cups loosely packed basil leaves (washed and blot dry)
3-4 cloves of Garlic- Minced
2 TBSP Pine nuts (can substitute Sunflower Seeds)
1/4 C. Olive Oil
1/2 C. grated Parmesan (or) Finely shredded Gruyère Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a food processor combine the basil, garlic and pine nuts- process with on/off turns until finely chopped. (add a little of the olive oil as necessary to make blending easier)
2. Transfer to bowl (thoroughly stir in oil and cheese to form a creamy sauce with the consistency of gravy)

Stir into cooked pasta.
