200 grs. de tomates deshidratados
1 paquete (8 oz.) de Queso Philadelphia, a temperatura ambiente
1 diente mediano de ajo
2 cucharadas de albahaca picada grueso
sal y pimienta

Directions:
Directions:
Tapar con agua caliente los tomates secos y dejarlos por 1 hora o más para rehidratarlos. Dejar escurrir.

Echar los tomates a la licuadora y añadir a pocos el queso crema hasta que esté cremoso. Agregar el ajo y licuar; incorporarle la albahaca. Sazonar con sal y pimienta.
