1 or 2 pkg frozen "microwave in the bag" sweet corn (or substitute fresh sweet corn, cooked and cut from the cob)
1 lb fusilli or other pasta
1/3 c butter
1/2 to 1 c chopped green onions (or chives)
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile microwave corn according to package directions. When pasta is al dente, drain and transfer to a serving bowl along with the corn. Add butter and green onions and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss well and serve at once. Serve cheese for topping (optional).
