1 pkg. Southern style hashbrown (about 2 lbs.)
4 c. water
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. package frozen corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring potatoes and water to a boil. Cook until potatoes are slightly mushy. Add corn, cheese soup and cook a few minutes. Turn temperature down and add sour cream. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. Serve with crumbled bacon.
