1 14 oz. low-fat graham crackers
3 c. skim milk
2 3.4 oz packages low-fat instant vanilla pudding mix
1 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
1 sm. container whipped topping

Chocolate topping:
1/4 c. skim milk
2 T. butter, softened
2 T. honey
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. un-sifted powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 c. skim milk, vanilla pudding mix, cream cheese and cool whip together. Layer in a 9x13" pan, starting with graham crackers and then pudding mixture and repeat twice, finishing with a layer of graham crackers on top. Mix together chocolate topping, and spread over the top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate before serving.
