1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. (2 cubes) margarine or butter, sliced into 4 sections per cube
1/4 c. milk, or canned (evaporated) milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except nuts in a medium glass bowl, placing the butter on top. Cook in microwave on full power for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Return to microwave for another 1 minute. Take out and stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 9x9 dish. After fudge sets up cut into squares to serve.
