1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Gradually add hot water, making a paste. Boil for 4 minutes. Cool and add vanilla. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons syrup to milk.
