2/3 c. oil 3/4 c. cocoa powder 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. nuts 1/2 c. chocolate chips 3/4 tsp. mint flavoring (optional)
Stir together oil, cocoa, eggs and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 13x9 pan. Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes. Bake until top has dull crust. A slight imprint will be left when top is touch lightly with your finger. Cool slightly before cutting.
