White cake mix
2 c. boiling water
Large box lemon jell-o
1 c. milk
Small box lemon instant pudding
c. powdered sugar
8 oz. tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix in 9 inch round cake pans. Cool. Mix boiling water with lemon jell-o till dissolved. Poke holes in cake and pour jell-o over cake. Cool in refrigerator for 2 hours. Put pans in hot water for 10 seconds to un-mold. Make frosting using milk, lemon pudding and powdered sugar. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in cool whip and frost cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
