Ingredients:  
2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
3 Tbsp. Flour
tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
cube butter

Directions:
Directions:

Mix sugar, cocoa & flour together well and then add salt, evaporated milk & butter. Mix well and whisk over med.-high heat to boiling. Boil for one minute. Simmer for two minutes. Take off heat and beat for one minute with an electric mixer.

Store in fridge.
