8-10 large apples
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
t. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples into an 8 x 10 pan. Mix with a fork until crumbly, flour, sugar, salt and egg. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. Top with vanilla ice cream.
