2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. white karo syrup 6 T. water 1 lb. butter 4 c. chopped pecans
Put ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat to 290ļ. It will be light brown. Add pecans and take off heat. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet. Take 2 forks and spread as thin as possible. Donít turn heat down once you start cooking or it will turn to sugar.
