1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tsp. Chopped Onion
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2/3 Cup Oil
1 Tbls. Poppy Seed
1 Large Head Romaine Lettuce, cut up
4 Oz Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Cup Cashews, chopped
1 Apple with peel cut up
1 Pear peeled and cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Romaine, apple and pear in large bowl. Add onions, cashews and Swiss cheese. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing and pour over salad and mix well.
