oil
water
1 head of broccoli, sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
vegetables (snow peas, zucchini - your choice)

1 Tbsp. corn starch (heaping) dissolved in water
1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
rice, cooked

Slice round steak 1/2" x 5". Brown in hot oil in a large skillet. Add 1/2 cup water; cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Turn heat back to high. Add broccoli, carrots, onion and other vegetables. Fry for 5-8 minutes on high, tossing frequently. Reduce heat. Mix water, corn starch and Kitchen Bouquet; add to skillet. Serve over rice. This stir fry is our family's favorite supper. Sometimes it takes two skillets to make enough!
