1/2 c. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
1/2 c. unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tsp. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, puree the strawberries. In a medium size bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat the butter until creamy. Add the sugar, lime juice, and strawberry puree and continue beating until the mixture is no longer separate and is well blended.
