4 - 4 1/2 lb. chicken
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 large clove garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
8 sprigs rosemary
3 - 4 tbsp. balsalmic vinegar
1/2 tsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rosemary, garlic and salt. Rub olive oil over chicken. Rub in herb mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for several hours or over night. Bake at 350 until well browned (about 1 1/2 hr.). Baste every 15 min. with juices. Mix vinegar and brown sugar. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with remaining rosemary. Serve.
