1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp salt 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup mashed bananas 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup applesauce 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick spray. Whisk together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, and sugar. Mix in eggs, applesauce, and bananas until just moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
