Ingredients:  
1 Pkg. fresh spinach, washed and dried thoroughly.
1 Can Water Chestnuts, sliced and drained
8 to 10 slices Bacon, fried and crumbled
3 hard cooked eggs, cut up

Blender Dressing
1 Cup Salad Oil
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/3 Cup Catsup
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Medium onion, cut up
2 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spinach, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, crumbled bacon and eggs.
Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
