2 c. flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1 T. sugar ˝ tsp. salt 1 egg ˝ c. butter 2/3 c. milk
Put dry ingredients into mixer, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in egg and milk. Roll portions into balls and pat to slightly flatten and place very close together on baking pan. Bake at 425° for 10 – 12 minutes.
