1 c. lukewarm water 2 ½ tsp. yeast 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1- 2 T. oil 2 ½ c. flour
Dissolve yeast in water. Let stand 5 minutes. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add oil. Beat until smooth. Let rise about 15 minutes. Shape into pizza pan then add sauce and toppings. Bake at 425° for 15 – 20 minutes.
