2 cups Bisquik
1 cup milk
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. More bisquik or milk can be added for desired consistency. Form into walnut sized balls & bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.

You can make these ahead & freeze. Thawing doesn't take long. You can warm them in the oven for a few minutes to bring out the cheese flavor.
