3 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 - 4 oz. pkg. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup English walnuts, diced, toasted
1/2 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup cream sherry or white wine
1 - 16 oz. round loaf of sourdough bread

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 6 ingredients, cover & chill for 8 hours. Let stand at room temp to soften. Hollow out the bread loaf, leave a 1-inch shell. Spoon cheese spread into the shell. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Good served with sliced apples, pears. Either water crackers or plain bagel chips are good, because they don't cover up the blue cheese flavor.
