1 & 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, cleaned & rinsed
2 t. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss seeds in a ziploc bag with the salt. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, or rub with some vegetable oil. Spread the seeds onto the baking sheet & bake @ 350 for 15 minutes til light golden brown. Seeds will keep in an airtight container for up to a week.
