6 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped sweet or dill pickles (with juice)
6 T. mayo or miracle whip
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs, peel & chop. Add celery, pickles, mayo or miracle whip, salt & pepper. Stir to blend. Serve on toasted wheat bread for a good sandwich, or with crackers for a snack.
