2 dozen medium applies
2 qts. apple cider

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:

Peel and chop apples. Add cider and blend well. Cook in large crockpot 12 hours on low.

Add sugar, cinnamon and cloves and cook 1 hour longer. Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
