4 eggs
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 can diced green chiles
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 c. cheese, grated
1 can olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble eggs, brown sausage, add hash browns, green chiles, add olives. Whip 1 egg and add to mixture to make stick together. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt. Serve hot.
