4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. poppy seeds
2 rolls of Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, soup, and sour cream with 1 roll of crushed crackers and 2 tablespoons poppy seeds. Spread in 9 x 13 inch dish.

Cover with remaining Ritz crackers, crushed. Drizzle margarine on top and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon poppy seeds. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
