4 c. cooked chicken or turkey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 jar pimento, cut fine
TOPPING:
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery, chicken soup, pimentos and nuts. Place in 9 x 13 x 2" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with chips and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
