4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 tsp. taco seasoning mix
1 c. salsa

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken, and pour salsa over all. Bake 25-35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juicy and juices run clear.

Sprinkle chicken evenly with cheese and continue baking for an additional 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with sour cream and serve.
