4 or 5 chicken breasts
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. cooking oil

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken; brown in oil. Place in baking dish. Combine soup, sherry, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce; pour over chicken. Sprinkle almonds on top, cover with foil.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
