3/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
3/4 c. Great Value Italian breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1.5 lb. plum tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Combine parsley, breadcrumbs, garlic and red pepper flakes in small bowl; set aside.
2. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and juice. Using a spoon, fill with bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil.
3. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from over; uncover and top with Parmesan cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes more until lightly browned.
