1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
28 oz tomoato juice or V8 juice
2 beef bouillion cubes
1/3 cup rice (raw)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf
2 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute hamburger, onion, and celery in Dutch oven. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
