7 lbs. Dill Sized Cukes, Sliced 1 Cup Lime 1 Gallon Water 2 qts. Vinegar 4 1/2 Cups Sugar 1 Tbsp. Salt 1 Tbsp. Celery Seed 1 Tbsp. Mustard Seed 1 T Mixed Pickling Spices
Soak the cukes in the lime water for 24 hours. Wash well, cover with clean water and let stand 3 hours. Drain. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the cukes. Let stand over night. Simmer for 35 minutes and can using hot water bath method.
