bacon grease
"plenty of pepper"

Directions:
Directions:
One skillet of freshly cut corn, cob scraped with a knife (starch causes thickening). Add bacon grease and "plenty of pepper." Stir corn on medium heat, continuing to keep from sticking. Stir until corn thickens. Serve warm.
