Spray pie tin with pam. Brown meat and onions. Add taco mix. Pour mixture into pie tin. Mix bisquick, eggs, and milk. Top beef mixture with bisquick mixture. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese bake 30 minutes more. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
