2 c. shredded hash brown potatoes 3 large eggs 2 tbsp. ground sea salt 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 4 tbsp. grated onion
Beat eggs and stir in potatoes. Mix flour, salt, and pepper and stir in to mixture. Add the onions. Heat pan to medium heat. Cook one minute each side or until browned. Serve with sour cream and chives.
