1 white or yellow Jiffy cake mix
6 T soft butter
10 T brown sugar
3 T cream.
1 small bag of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions for making the Jiffy cake.
When cake is done and still warm frost with the following: Make a paste with the butter, brown sugar and cream. Spread over the cake. Sprinkle the coconut on top. Put under the broiler and cook until lightly browned.
