1 8-Oz. Carton Sour Cream
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes (Hot), Drained
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Lb. Velveeta Cheese, Grated
1 Large Pkg. Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste). De-bone chicken and cut into bite size pieces. In large bowl, mix together sour cream, Rotel, soups, onion, and chicken. Line bottom of baking dish with Doritos that have been broken into small pieces. Pour part of mixture over chips and top with 1/2 the cheese. Add another layer of chips. Top with other 1/2 of chicken mixture. Add remaining cheese to top. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Serve with chips and salad.
