3-4 chicken breasts, 1 8oz. sour cream, 1/2 can chopped green chilies plus 1 tsp. juice, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 tbsp.. finely chopped onion, 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, picante sauce

Directions:
Boil and cube chicken, add all other ingredients. Add picante sauce to taste usually 1/2 to 3/4 bottle. Mix all together and put 2 tbsp. of meat mixture in flour tortiall and roll up. Place in pam sprayed pan. Leave 1/4 of meat mixture and add 1 cup of broth. Pour over top of enchiladas and then sprinkle mixture of cheeses on top. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes
