2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can ranch style beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can rotel
1 pkg. dry taco mix
1 pkg. buttermilk ranch dressing
21/2 cups water
1 can chicken broth

Tortilla chips, mixed cheese, green onions(chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion, then drain. Add all other ingredients. Bring to simmer for 30- 45 minutes.
Serve with cheese and tortilla chips crumbled on top. Onions are optional
