Spray pan with Pam. Slice 1/2 onion and lay in bottom of pan, lay pork chops over onions, sprinkle meat tenderizer and garlic and pepper on chops. Cut up potatoes and carrots and put on top. lightly salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover with foil. Bake @300º for 2-3 hours
