8 c popped popcorn
5 oz pretzel sticks
1 c Frosted Cheerios
5 oz toffee bits
c pecan halves
1 pkg vanilla chips (12 oz)
8 oz M&Ms
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chips and oil; stir until smooth. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat. Immediately spread onto a baking sheet; let stand until dry, about 2 hours. Store in an airtight container.
