2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tsp dried dill weed
Salt
Sour cream
c unseasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Spray cut sides of potatoes generously with cooking spray; sprinkle lightly with salt. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and dill weed in a shallow dish. Add potatoes; toss lightly until potatoes are generously coated with crumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake potatoes until browned and tender, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with sour cream for dipping.
