Nonstick cooking spray
tsp garlic salt
2 medium unpeeled red skinned potatoes
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 c sour cream
2 tsp dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Spray a large nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Cut potatoes crosswise into very thin slices. Pat dry with a paper towel. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on prepared baking sheets; coat potatoes with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes; turn slices over. Brush with oil. Combine dill, garlic salt and pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle evenly over potato slices. Continue baking 5-10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown. Cool on baking sheets. Serve with sour cream
