3 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, vanilla and oil and slowly add in baking powder and flour. Add more flour if too sticky or just spoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes until bottom is golden. Add icing and sprinkles if desired.

For Icing, mix in a little lemon juice, orange juice or plain milk with confectioners' sugar until smooth.
