Company Cheese Cake Recipe

3 well beaten eggs
2 8-oz. pkgs. soft cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 c. sour cream
For the crust:
1 3/4 c. fine graham cracker crumb
1/4 c. fine chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, cinnamon and melted butter. ( Reserve 3 Tbsp.for topping) Press mixture in bottom of a 9" spring form pan and 2 1/2" on the sides. Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt and extracts. Beat smooth and blend in the sour cream. Pour into crust. Trim with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 370 for 35 minutes or until set. Let cool & chill about 4-5 hours.
